About Me
I have been tinkering for just about all my life with a curiosity on how things work. Whenever I see something cool, I always ask "how would I make that?", or maybe "I wonder what would happen if I did...".
I live in Dallas, TX with my wife and two dogs. No chirren, yet.
Tinkering
I call it the "art of" because to me, there is no exact science to making things. It's about
having an idea and testing it. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't. If it doesn't, what can be learned from that?
It's important not to think of unsuccessful attempts as failures, but more a learning experience on how it won't work. Every piece of knowledge let's you understand whatever you're working on just a little bit better.
My hope with mistertinker is to provide a little insight on the process of making unique things, and not simply a how-to guide. It's not about knowing everything, it's knowing where to look.
